Zebra

I chose to talk about Zebras. Zebra live only in the continent of Africa. There are two different types of zebras based on their weight. All Zebras have black and white stripes. Blind Zebras weigh about 1000 pounds. The second type of zebras weigh 600 pounds. Some of them live by the mountains. They eat grass, plants, and leaves. Zebra looks like horses but horse is stronger than zebras. People ride horses and zebras are wild animals. They walk for thousands of miles to find food and water. Zebras are my favorite animal.

DOCUMENT  COMPARISON
The songs and poems of the civil rights era. Were spiritually and socially impactful, intended to awaken americans in their deep slumber of racism. Artist  whom participated in the movement  included Stevie Wonder and Poet Paul Laurence Dunbar. Who published works such as  “ Dreams” and “ Hold on to your Dreams”.work trying to change the social agenda of Jim crow America. But although both respected pieces of arts seem to differ each other. In reality the two actually parallel each other in so many ways.

In the introduction paragraph I claimed that  “although both respected pieces of arts seem to differ each other. In reality the two actually parallell each other. This seem to be apparent due to many factors of each story paralleling each other. An example is how both authors use similes for dreams. This was apparent in both article first in hold on to your dream when it stated “ Hold on to your dream cause they’re worth having hold on to your dream like a father to his son.  It was also illustrated in the poem “ Dreams”. When it stated “ What dream we have and how they fly like rosy clouds across the sky. Another similarity in which both of these document share is the emphasis of the dream and its importance. The was learned in stevie wonders song when quoted “ Hold on to your dream because they are always worth having hold on to you dream like a father to his son don't let  anyone ever steal your joy from you hold on to your dream until the day that life is said and done.” Dunbar then parallels this with the following quote “Your Full Fruition who cant tell? Wealth, fame and love ah love that beams Upon our souls, all dream - ah! Dreams. The following document emphasized and importanized the concept of the dream which escalated the hope of oppressed african americans during pre- civil rights era.
